Yu Chun Wing, Robert enjoys playing music since early age. He started learning the piano at the age of 5 and holds the Associate Certificate of the Trinity College London (ATCL) in piano performance. During his secondary school years, he started learning handbell under Ms Emily Li.  He has been a senior ringer in the Hong Kong Youth Handbell Ensemble for 4 years.

Yu actively participated in various handbell performances and concerts such as Musicarama 2008, Hong Kong Handbell Festival concerts and TVB programmes. Beside of local performances, Yu also attended the International Handbell Symposium held in Florida, 2008 and Osaka, 2010.  He also involved in exchange programmes with handbell ensembles and attended master classes with distinguished conductors in US and Singapore.

Yu has become a Double Mallet Ringers since 2015.
