Jasmine Li graduated from the Education University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Music in Education (Honours).

Li has joined the handbell team since secondary school. She was a member of the Hong Kong Education University handbell team in the university, followed by joining the “Double Mallet Ringers Handbell Ensemble” in 2017. She has rich experience in participating in music performances, concerts and workshops. Li is currently a music teacher and conductor of the school's handbell team, actively promoting music in education sector.
